sad spine/smug spine

I'm feeling like an old lady lately! What's the deal with these back pains. Bad posture and weak core or something.

Here's a current x-ray of my spine.


Those smug ones at the top are the worst. Come on guys you're supposed to be a team!

Also I google image searched "ruined spine" KIND OF cringingly half hoping for some really horrifying gross pictures, and I was pretty disappointed when they were all pretty tame.

But I did find this nice diagram for good posture.
