OK so here are the starts of two pictures for a story I wrote about zombies that I'm illustrating for senior studio. I can't decide if I want to finish them digitally, or use these as a color study/layout and do them traditionally. What do you think, friends?

I don't know about the trees on this one. Ovals? Tear drops? Pine trees?

Zak Frieling's thumb. All the fingerprints I did looked terrible because my whorls are weird and I was sloppy. GOOD THUMBS, ZAK! Also the head profile looks exactly like a head profile I did in London as an illustration for "The Long Rain" by Ray Bradbury. Whoops.
